What this site collects
If you submit the pilot form: the name, work email, and message you type; the page you submitted from; how you first arrived at the site (the referring page and any tags in the link that brought you); and a country/city-level location derived from the network request. That’s the list.
If you just browse: this site sets no cookies and runs no third-party trackers, ad pixels, or fingerprinting. Your browser stores one small first-visit note (the referring page and link tag) locally, on your device. It is sent to us only if you later submit the form. Standard, aggregate, cookieless traffic analytics may run at the network layer.
Where it goes, and where it doesn’t
Form submissions are stored in our own database on our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) and read by the founders, the same people who reply. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone, run no advertising, and send no marketing sequences. You wrote to us; we write back. That’s the entire lifecycle.
Your record, your call
Write to us via the Contact link below to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We’ll confirm when it’s done. We keep submissions only as long as a conversation is live or the law requires.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and the history stays in our records. A policy that edits itself silently isn’t worth the name.
If you write to us through the site
Your name, work email, what you asked for, and your message are stored in our own database, with the page you were on and how you first arrived at the site. So that a person can answer within one business day, a copy of that submission may be delivered to us by a transactional email or webhook service acting only as a courier; if one is in use, it is named here. As of September 12, 2026: none.
