Five seats.
One governed build each.
Haltere’s founding design partners are the first five organizations to run a governed first build with us: one backlog item you already want, delivered in four to eight weeks, with the evidence pack that lets you show the board AI progress and the examiner the receipts. Built for post-SBIR defense software companies waiting on an ATO, and for MGAs and program administrators, regional and farm mutuals, public-entity risk pools, and claims TPAs. Carriers and defense programs are welcome in it.
When the fifth seat is taken, the cohort closes.
What you get. What we ask.
A build you own, and the founders on it.
One backlog item, fully governed, in 4–8 weeks: submission intake, the Excel rater, the bordereaux, a portal, a report. A fixed fee agreed before anything starts. The evidence pack, mapped to the exams you already sit. The map of the estate we touched. The founders in every review, and a hand on what we build next. Terms that hold: after the build, governed operations in the mode you choose, and you walk at renewal with everything.
An owner, an honest examiner, and a conversation.
A named owner who can meet weekly. Access to the workflow and the people who run it. Your compliance lead in the room when the evidence pack is mapped, because they are the examiner we design for. A reference conversation with the next partner if it works, and your name on nothing unless you sign for it.
Week zero to year two.
Scope, fee, first review date.
A 15-minute call, then a scoping conversation with the owner and the person who does the work today. The fee is fixed and the first deliverable review is on your calendar before we write a line.
The governed build.
Your team reviews and approves every change; nothing merges ungoverned. Weekly reviews. Live in your environment at the end, with the evidence pack sealed.
Governed operations, your way.
We operate the line for teams without a bench, or your team operates it and we train your operator. The next ten projects run the same way. The whole journey
The tier the enterprise vendors’
AI factories disqualify.
Eleven to two hundred people. Custom software you must build and can’t staff. An examiner, an auditor, or a carrier who will ask who changed the system, who approved it, and why it decided that. If that is you, the seat exists because of you. World-class technology without a full engineering-team price tag, and the receipts to prove it.
What a partner will want to know.
Is a design-partner seat free?
No. Each seat is one governed first build for a fixed fee, quoted in the first conversation and agreed before anything starts. What a design partner gets is founder attention, terms that hold at renewal, and a hand on the roadmap, not a free build.
What do you need from us?
A named owner who can meet weekly, access to the workflow and the people who run it today, and your compliance lead in the room when we map the evidence pack to your exams. Two hours a week from the owner is the honest number.
Where does it run?
In your environment: self-hosted, private cloud, or air-gapped, with your identity provider and your choice of models. Nothing you run trains us or anyone else.
What if it doesn’t work?
You keep everything that shipped: the software, the map, the receipts, the evidence pack documenting exactly what happened. That is the design of the offer, not a consolation. The fee is fixed, so the downside is bounded before you start.
Will you name us?
Only with your written consent, and never as a condition of the seat. We ask for a reference conversation if the build works; you decide whether your name is on anything.
Ask for the fifteen minutes.
No deck. We ask about your backlog and the examiner you answer to; you ask anything. If it isn’t a fit, you will know in the first ten, and no is a fine answer.
No newsletter. No drip sequence. Every request gets a real reply within one business day, from someone who can answer it.
