Careers

People who do the work.

We are a small team building the layer that makes agent work count, and we intend to stay structurally small: agents handle the repetition, people own outcomes, and nobody here manages managers. This page is our standing interest list. When a role opens for real, it appears here first, and the people on this list hear before anyone else.

How we’re built

The org chart is the line.

Intent, map, gate, receipt: the same structure that governs our software governs our company. Every role does the work its title names. Decisions carry the why, on the record. And every contribution you make here ships with a receipt, which means you leave with something almost no job gives you: a provable record of exactly what you built.

The shapes we’ll need

No openings today.
These are the people we’ll call first.

We hire behind revenue, on purpose. These are the kinds of work that will exist here as we scale. If one of them sounds like you, introduce yourself now.

Forward-deployed engineer

Stand it up inside their walls.

You sit with an MGA, a mutual, a lender, a payer, and turn one of their workflows into governed, receipted production software. Customer-facing, code-writing, outcome-owned. The hardest and highest-leverage seat we will ever fill.

Platform engineer

Build the line itself.

The map, the gates, the receipt store, the trace. You care about seams, invariants, and systems that stay simple under load. You think retrofitted observability is an apology.

Evidence & compliance lead

Speak examiner, fluently.

You turn receipts into exhibits: crosswalks to the frameworks, evidence packs that survive hostile review, answers that make a customer’s exam easier. Audit, regulatory, or model-risk background welcome.

Founding go-to-market

Sell the way this site reads.

Plain claims, real artifacts, no theater. You run the pilot motion end to end and own the number. You would rather send a receipt than a deck.

Every one of these does the actual work. That’s the whole org chart.

Interviewing for the AI seat
somewhere else? Walk in with a plan.

Companies everywhere are hiring their first Director of AI, their first AI platform architect, and asking every candidate the same question: what would you actually do here? Most candidates bring enthusiasm. We’ll help you bring a plan: the architecture story, the governance answer your CISO-to-be wants to hear, the 90-day sequence from first workflow to a governed platform. Built on the same doctrine as everything on this site.

Before the interview

The prep.

We walk your interview with you: the questions that separate an AI strategy from an AI slideshow, and how to answer them with mechanisms instead of buzzwords.

In the room

The plan.

A concrete proposal you can put in front of the hiring committee: governed adoption, one workflow first, evidence by construction. The plan that makes you the safest candidate to bet on.

After you land it

The build.

When you take the seat and want the plan to become real, we help you propose it internally and implement it on Haltere. You arrive with a platform behind you instead of a blank page.

You get the seat and a plan that works. We get a champion who already knows the line.

Tell us about the seat

Introduce yourself.

What you build, what you want to own, or the seat you’re chasing. Two sentences is plenty. We keep the list, we protect it, and when the moment comes you hear first.

No newsletter. No drip sequence. Every request gets a real reply within one business day — from someone who can answer it.
